I'm Sally, trauma-sensitive yoga teacher & embodiment mentor.
As a corporate lawyer I hustled through life totally disconnected from my body. I rode waves of anxiety, fatigue, gut issues, muscle tension and felt entirely overwhelmed by the pace and intensity of life.
Thankfully, regular embodiment practice allowed me to reconnect with myself and start tuning inward. I befriended my sensitive nervous system and unwound conditioning that kept me stuck in cycles of stress and self-abandonment that led to burnout.
